The vegetarian couscous at the nearby Fox pub was an absolute delight, bursting with flavors and perfect for a cozy meal after exploring. Plus, the wildlife terrace was a charming spot.
While we loved the ambiance, the heating was stuck at a toasty 27C was good! The walls were a tad thin as well, letting us enjoy our neighbor's TV show a bit too much.

I loved the hotel, it's beautiful and the location is perfect by wildlife. Location: the property was close enough to Rutland Water, and the fields adjacent

The stay here was REALLY NICE at the weekend. I loved the location that was very central and near to Broccoli Bottom for at least 10 years, rabbits on view before breakfast and tourist attractions. It also was in the area of Uppingham.

The accommodations were cozy and beautifully decorated, made it easy to relax. The terrace offered a great spot for wildlife watching.
There were a few drawbacks, like the inconsistent WiFi connectivity, particularly frustrating with a teenager around. The heating was uncomfortably high at 27C, and the thin walls allowed for quite a bit of noise from neighboring units, so don't expect complete peace and quiet. The bathroom facilities could be a squeeze for larger groups.

Broccoli Bottom was such a lovely stay! The cottage had a cozy, homely feel with beautiful decor. I loved the terrace for watching wildlife-such a nice touch! The beds were super comfy. The nearby Fox pub served amazing food. The WiFi was a bit patchy, challenging since I had a teenager with me. An issue arose with the heating being overly warm at 27C. Even with the warmth, everything else. I can't wait to return!

Difficulty in finding the specific holiday let and initial trouble with heating and hot water. Issues were eventually resolved but caused inconvenience.
